Pat’s lifelong interest in and passion for the environment was heightened by the now universal agreement of the importance of developing alternative and renewable energy technologies. Her insight into the importance of hydro energy and passion for helping others has become her driving force into this exciting field as she strives to provide existing and future generations with a safe & healthy environment. Armed with over 14 years of experience in training/coaching, counseling, consultation, and management combined with a vast amount of business expertise, Ms. Markardt creates a powerful foundation for a rapidly growing firm.

Kate Mulligan has been in the recruiting industry for the 4 years since graduating with her MBA. She has worked with a myriad of organizations including; not for profit, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and environmental. She lives on a farm and is passionate about preserving the environment through the use of renewable energy. When she is not working, Kate competes her two show jumpers throughout the Northeast.

As are the enologists employed throughout Long Island, NY’s North Fork wine region are devoted to their craft, so too is Erin deeply involved with her occupation. Erin entered into the Recruiting Industry in 1984. Her professional journey includes multiple levels of leadership and responsibility in both contract and direct hire Spaces.
